• Account Security: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons and expect you to report any unauthorised access.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Information Accuracy: Keep your account and contact details accurate.

• Data Management: Responsibility for backing up and managing your Content and Survey Responses.

7. Fees and Payments

• Pricing: Fees depend on the service type chosen.

• Payment Terms: Late payments may incur interest charges.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Rights and Licensing: Intellectual Property Rights in the Know Research Service are owned by Known Research c/o Green Gourmet Ltd and licensors. A limited license is granted to you for Survey Responses.
